We advocate for communities affected by HIV.

HIV Counseling and Testing Coalition (HCAT) is a group of UCLA undergraduates committed to combating HIV stigma and uplifting communities impacted disproportionately by the virus.

We aim to empower and improve health outcomes by serving these communities as HIV test counselors guided by cultural humility.
